Assos Eden Group Hotels (Assos Eden Gardens Hotel - Assos Nazlıhan Hotel - Assos Nazlıhan SPA Hotel) is located in Istanbul, Turkey, serving the tourism sector since 1986. Starting from 2016 we have been using the software services provided from Hotech, a branch of AmonRa technologies.

This Software has been and continues to be incredibly helpful to us, in order to focus on the central system management and provided us the power of control wherever we are. The ease to which we can make efficient use of it has simplified our daily work to great extend.

Since 2012 we are operating at 5 different buildings with 2 separate receptions in Galata. Starting in August 2014, we have been introduced to Amonra’s Hospitality Software. Starting day one, our receptionists got training and support, being impressed in terms of ease of use and accessibility within the operations. One of the most important elements of hotel management is speed, the faster the guest is placed in the hotel room the better. All the form filling procedures have to go quick and smooth. All of this will lead to a great first impression from the guest and therefore a high review score. In the tourism sector we are working by creating targets based on past statistics and future predictions. The ease of use of the hotel management software allows us to create detailed reports, used for future predictions. AmonRa offers a lot of software solutions that help us in this direction. The front office module is the most important for us, offering us a wide range of solutions such as: standard reports, person specific reports, external data report transfer, authorization and integration with other industry-required operation-management systems. In addition, if we experienced any minor problems or new requests, the team was very responsive and quick to reply, without even charging us extra. Based on my personal experience I think that you have to give a change to something first, you may not know its benefits without trying.

We have been working with Hotech Software for approximately 3 years now, specifically using the Hotel Guest Review service - HolidayCheck module. As Babillon Hotel & Spa & Restaurant, we are operating with Otello ERP package from Hotech. I am glad to say that we did not encounter any problems till now and passed a long way on using an ERP package.
